We read everything, and we prioritise two kinds of message — a promo or renewal price that no longer matches a host's current pricing page, and a genuine seasonal deal you think we have missed. Include a link to the host's pricing or terms page if you can; it lets us verify and update the same day.
Pricing corrections
Send corrections to [email protected] with the host, the plan, and the figure you are seeing. Hosting promos and renewals move often, and our prices are dated bands read on a specific day — so if a renewal has crept up since our last check, we would rather hear it from you than let a reader plan around a stale number. Verified corrections are updated with a fresh read-date.
What we can't do
We can't offer account support for any hosting company, recover a login, or resolve a billing dispute — for those you need the host's own support, since RackRate is independent and not affiliated with any provider.
